A graphic design project that follows the theme of the Rorschach Test. A projective test used in psychoanalysis, in which a standard set of symmetrical ink blots of different shapes are presented to the subject who are asked to describe what they suggest or represent. The name of this project pays tribute to the 1896 book and children’s game “Gobolinks, or Shadow Pictures”, created by Ruth McEnery Stuart and Albert Bigelo Paine. Drawing inspiration from this, I physically crafted my own ink blots which were scanned and designed for publication. Finally, I meticulously selected the right font to harmonize with the visuals presented in these designs.
